Shipping Information

We ship from Central Vermont and all orders are processed within 2 - 3 days.  Items ship via USPS and an email with tracking information will be sent to you once we ship your package.

Return of Merchandise

You have 30 days following receipt of shipment to return any products that were damaged in transit.  Please contact us at info@sheepshopvt.com before returning an item and we will gladly replace it with no additional shipping costs.  Except for cases involving an administrative error on our part, no refunds will be given.
